Delete Chat User

Delete Chat User (Video Tutorial)

In the following Video Tutorial we will show you how you can delete an Ozeki Chat User from the Ozeki Chat Control Panel.

Step 1 - Open Chat Control Panel

The first step is to open the Chat Control Panel in the dashboard.

Step 2 - Select User

Select the user you want to delete, you can do this by clicking on their profile in the User List.

Step 3 - Delete User

Click on the "Delete account" option in the dropdown under the profile image.

Warning! Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be turned back!
