Create New Chat User

Create New Chat User (Video Tutorial)

In the following video, we will show you how to create a new Ozeki Chat User from the Ozeki Chat Control Panel.

Step 1 - Open Chat Control Panel

The first step is to open the Chat Control Panel in the dashboard.

Step 2 - Click on the Create New User button

To start creating a new user, click on the "Create new User" button in the top right of the page.

Step 3 - Enter User Details

Enter the details of your new user like their fullname, nick name and password.

Step 4 - Create User

Click on the "Create" button to finish creating your new user.
