The tutorial starts with searching for the Ozeki application in the App store. At the end you will be able to connect to your myozeki.com workspace and log into your account.


Installing Ozeki Chat on iPad (Step-by-step guide)

To begin the entire process, the very first thing you need to do is open the App store on you iPad device. As shown in Figure 1, you need to tap on the app's icon to open the store.

Once you are inside the App store you have to select search. You can do this by tapping on the search icon in the lower right corner of your screen shown by the red arrow in Figure 2.

As you can see in Figure 3, you need to enter Ozeki into the search bar to be able to search for the application. Tap on the Ozeki application, so you can start the downloading process in the next step.

After searching for Ozeki, the next step is downloading the application. As shown in Figure 4 by the red arrow, you can do this by tapping on the download icon under the application's name.

The app will then start downloading, and once it is finished, the 'Install' button will change to 'Open' just like it is demonstrated in Figure 5. Tap on 'Open' to launch the Ozeki Chat Client application.

After opening the Ozeki Chat Client you will receive a notification stating that Ozeki would like to send notifications to you. Tap on the 'Allow' title to enable Ozeki to send you notifications. It will keep you instantly updated on important messages, ensuring you do not miss out on anything important. You can later configure this in your 'Settings' if there is anything you wish to change about the notifications.

Connecting to myozeki.com is the next essential step in the process. First of all, you need to select your workspace address. After that, tap on the 'Connect' button just like it is shown in Figure 7.

After succesfully connecting to myozeki.com you now need to log into your myozeki.com account. As you can see in Figure 8, you will be required to enter the correct E-mail address and password combination into the right sections. Tap on 'Login' to log into your myozeki.com account.

Once you are inside, you need to navigate to the Chat. You can open the chat by tapping on its icon just like in Figure 9.
