Opening the debug log on iPhone (Step-by-step guide)

To begin the whole process open the Ozeki Chat app and the very first step you need to take is turning off your Wifi connection. Do this by opening down the Quick Settings panel as you can see in Figure 1 and then tap on the Wifi icon the disconnect connection. You can also visit Settings on your iPhone and turn the Wifi connection off there.

You will see that once you turn off your Wifi connection an 'Oops we have encountered an unexpected error' sign will be shown on your screen just like it is demonstrated in Figure 2. You need to tap on 'Oops' title 5 times to be able to open the debug log.

After tapping on the 'Oops' title 5 times a 'Debug mode' window will pop up on your phone screen. You need to open the 'User settings' from the selection as you can view in Figure 3.

Opening the 'User settings' will take you to a screen where you can configure the user settings. As you can see in Figure 4 there is a 'File logging' option that you need to enable by switching it on.

The next is restarting the Ozeki application. As you can see in Figure 5 you can manage this by swiping up on your screen and closing the Ozeki Chat app by swiping up on it.

Now that you have closed the app you have to reopen it. After opening it you need to tap on the 'Oops' title 5 times again to be able to open the debug log. Once the 'Debug mode' screen appears you need to open the 'App log' from the log sources as represented in Figure 6.

You will see that after opening the App log, the debug log will appear on your screen just like it is shown in Figure 7 and you will have the opportunity to check it.

After you checked everything you wanted, you need to turn the Wifi connection back on. Do this by opening down the Quick Settings panel just like it is demonstrated in Figure 8. You can also visit Settings and turn it on there.
