How to View Group List
Viewing your chat groups in Ozeki Chat is quick and easy using the Chat Control Panel. After logging in, open the panel from the dashboard and navigate to the Groups tab located in the left-side navigation bar. Here you’ll find a list of all created group chats. How to Delete Group
When a group chat is no longer needed, Ozeki Chat allows you to delete it permanently. Start by opening the Chat Control Panel and selecting the Groups tab. From the list, choose the group you wish to remove. Once the group is selected, click the three-dot menu below the group image and choose Delete Group. Be aware that this action is irreversible — once deleted, the group and its messages cannot be recovered. Use this feature to keep your system tidy and remove inactive or unnecessary chats. How to Edit Group Information
Keeping group information accurate and up to date is easy with the Edit Group feature. Open the Chat Control Panel and go to the Groups tab, then select the group you want to modify. You’ll see the group’s current details displayed on the right. You can update the group name, image, description, or participants as needed. After making your changes, click Save to apply the updates. This tool is ideal for administrators needing to moderate content, rename groups, or assist users in maintaining correct group settings. How to Create New Group
Creating a new group in Ozeki Chat is a streamlined process through the Chat Control Panel. Begin by opening the panel and selecting the Groups tab, then click Create New Group. Fill in the group’s name, upload an image, and define its privacy settings. Next, add at least three participants by entering their User ID or email address. Once everything is set, click the Create button to finalize the group. The newly created group will appear in the participants’ chat list and will be ready for communication right away. Read more...
