Ozeki AI Chat GPT Training
The Ozeki AI Chat GPT Training program helps educators create and deliver lessons more effectively using Ozeki Chat and ChatGPT. This training process is broken down into six clear steps, guiding teachers on how to develop course materials, interact with students, and assess their learning. By using these smart tools, educators can easily create resources, set up chat-based questions, and evaluate student progress. Each phase is designed to build student knowledge, encourage active participation, and provide detailed feedback to support better learning outcomes.
Ozeki AI Chat GPT Training-Phases
In the first phase, the lecture designer uses Ozeki Chat and ChatGPT to prepare prompts and training materials. As you can see in Figure 1, the initial training includes resources such as websites, PDFs, text files, and other document formats. These materials are designed to help students establish a foundational understanding of the topic before moving forward.
As shown in Figure 2 the second phase involves the lecture designer creating comprehensive notes and educational content using Ozeki Chat and ChatGPT. This includes assembling lecture slides, books, and video content. Once prepared, these resources are shared with students in PDF format via email, ensuring they have all the information they need to study.
In this phase, interactive learning takes place. The lecture designer sets up chat-based questions using Ozeki Chat and ChatGPT to engage students. As you can see in Figure 3, the questions are designed to test the students' understanding of the content, with prompts such as "What do you know about this topic?" encouraging students to recall and reflect on what they’ve learned.
As represented in Figure 4, during the fourth phase, the lecture designer uses Ozeki Chat to present students with timed questions. These questions can vary in format, helping students practice under pressure. The students' responses are recorded, allowing them to engage with the material interactively while being timed, similar to an exam scenario.
In this phase, the lecture designer uses Ozeki Chat to evaluate student performance based on their answers just like it is shown in Figure 5. A final assessment is conducted using ChatGPT, and successful students receive a certificate in PDF format, indicating they have passed the test and acquired the required knowledge.
The final phase focuses on generating a detailed report of student performance. Using Ozeki Chat, the lecture designer can assess student progress and identify areas for improvement. Similarly to Figure 6, the reports and evaluations can be reviewed by teachers, who may also use video recordings or exams to further assess student understanding, providing a comprehensive review process.
